Services
Services are non-refundable.
Services performed if unpleased with service we will adjust whatever concerns you have within 2 weeks of service, except for color corrections.
All services performed are expected to be covered in full on the day of the appointment.
Any services not paid for the day of will be reported to the proper authorities immediately.
Color services have a (2) weeks insurance on them same desired look, meaning if the hair requires any further chemical alterations that will change the overall tone (dye), lightness outside of what was agreed on a fee is required.
If fashion colour fades within a week and proper care techniques were not taken no adjustment without a fee.
Please use the required products to maintain one’s hair. Your stylist is not responsible for after service results. Please ask questions to educate any concerns to maintain looks.
Stylist or salon is not responsible for brushing, maintaining curls, volume or styles outside the salon and should not be held liable.
Stylist or salon is not responsible for any basic hygienic maintenance such as washing hair, detangling and moisture up keep.
Stylist is not responsible for styles wear and tear, caused naturally or by any Godly occurrences.
Free extension touch ups are scheduled on Sundays and Mondays only.
Stylist is not responsible for result if customers do not disclose hair colour history and if hard water is being used.
Stylist is not responsible for any chemical burn sustain if customers do not inform their stylist.
Color correction fees start at a base price of $250 and can go up to 400 + tax or more depending on the length the requirements and product used
Stylist will assume responsibility for how clients style or manage hair at home.
Products
All products are non refundable
Shampoos, conditioners, aerosol and other liquified products are exchangeable before leaving the salon if not been used.
Hair extensions are none exchangeable or refundable the moment a deposit is placed.
Products are recommended for hair extension and should be used on them only. Using anything else not recommended voids warranty.
Products 'extensions' should not be frequently washed to avoid drying the hair out. Speak with stylist for proper maintenance.
Deposits on Services and Products
Deposit of 50% is required for extensions to be customized. These customization takes regularly 2weeks during regular business days and 2-3 weeks during holidays. Please order in advance required extension before the date of service.
All deposits are non-refundable please check the amount before agreeing to pay. Payment of a deposit is an agreement that you will cover the remaining balance.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Therefore, it can only be used for the service category intended for, Hair extension, Hair extension service, Color, or waxing. These are all different categories.
Customers are expected to pay the full amount for the hair extensions once they arrive.
If extension have any manufactory defect, they will be replaced.
Please be respectful. If deposits are paid and you are disrespectful, racist, or degrading your appointment will be given away and deposit lost.
Deposits are lost if rebooking is done in less than 24hours.
If a client decides that they no longer which to have service completed by stylist and or salon the deposit is lost COMPLETELY. It is not transferable and client .
Deposit is lost if customers are 30minutes late for appointment.
If customers are late for service, the service will continue to the time scheduled for. If service need more to finish customer must rebook for an additional service.
Customers who were fortunate enough to book without a deposit then no show or cancel late will not get that opportunity again.
Canceling appointments results in a loss of deposit, rescheduling appointment does not.
Booking services is the intent client will pay the full amount in service regardless.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable.
All products are non-refundable.
All deposits are non-refundable.
All purchases and payments are non-refundable.
Taxes
By law all taxes must be charged. Please do not ask to pay cash to avoid taxes. This is disrespectful and degrading to the business and service I offer.
Extensions
Please come with no product in hair freshly washed. Extensions slipping out due to negligence will result in a full charge of service.
Clients coming in with extensions wanting colour done on remy hair or non-virgin must understand stylist cannot take responsibility for colour turnout because the colour history of the hair is unknown.
Stylist is not responsible for damage to extensions if hair is not properly maintained with recommended products.
Extensions sales are final for hygienic reasons.
Extensions reapplication from loss over time is free up-to 2 weeks after installation for 15 pcs or less, under the conditions of no last minute cancellation, or due to your own negligence. Cancellations must be done before 24hrs of appointment.
Stylist or the Salon is not responsible for extensions loss due to medical reasons these include: Thinning naturally, menopause, pregnancy, medications, diseases such as thyroids, alopecia, lupus.
Stylist or salon is not responsible for the maintenance after one leaves the salon.
Stylist is not responsible for extension loss due to scalp oil over production which can happen due to scalp imbalance or climate changes meaning traveling to tropical areas.
Permanent Service
First services hair may not be 100% straight but only 50-60% straight. Second services hair will be 70-80%. 100% IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
If 100% straighten is what you want, you must sign a waiver, or it will not be done.
100% straighten can damage your hair!
When hair is permanently straightened you cannot do any bleaching or lightening services on your hair, doing so is at your own risk and a waiver must be signed.
Discounts
A 10% discount is given for every referral that completes their service/s. This discount is a one-time per person given.
Discounts are not mandatory.
Discounts must not be bargained for.

Sale goods cannot have any further discount application.
Giveaways
These hold no monetary value and cannot be refunded.
They are not tax or charged to your service fee in any way.
Disputes
All social media connection will be disconnected, and communication had either through email, in person or call. This is to maintain the professional aspect of the relationship.
Due to the nature of how rapidly social media affect businesses due to fame seekers, to protect our business we may BLOCK the individual to control the escalation of the situation.
If customers wish to involve social media before situation is resolved all connections will be severed and situation dismissed.
Any mention of court, legal statements all discussion will be ceased and no further negotiation will be held. Customer then can follow with legal actions as they see fit. They should not contact the business but the lawyer in association with the business.
Quotes are honoured for 2-4 weeks depending on the decision of the stylist and the complexity of the requirement.
Quotes takes into consideration only what was discussed any other addition will cost more on product and time.
