By booking an appointment, you agree to all terms outlined below
Booking & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments and services.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Deposits go toward your final service total
By paying a deposit, you agree to complete and pay for the full service booked
Deposits will be forfeited if:
You cancel within 24 hours of your appointment
You arrive more than 30 minutes late
You choose not to proceed with the booked service
You are disrespectful, inappropriate, or violate salon policies
Deposits are service-specific and cannot be transferred between categories (e.g., extensions, color, etc.).
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice (deposit remains valid)
Cancellations result in loss of deposit
No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings
Clients who book without a deposit and no-show or cancel late will not be permitted to book again without full payment upfront.
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and deposit
Services will only be performed within the scheduled time slot
If additional time is required, a new appointment must be booked
Services & Payments
All services are non-refundable
Full payment is due on the day of service
Service times are estimates and may vary based on hair length, density, and complexity
Outstanding Balances:
Any unpaid balance will incur a $100 administrative fee.
If the balance is pursued through collections or legal action, an additional $75 processing fee may be applied, along with any applicable recovery costs.

Adjustments (Redo Policy)
We stand behind our work.
Adjustments must be requested within 48 hours of your appointment
Correction appointments must be completed within 14 days
Adjustments are only for the originally agreed-upon service
Please Note:
No refunds will be issued
Color corrections or major changes are not considered adjustments and will be charged accordingly. Price may drastically vary to quote base on the situation.
Consultations & Results
All consultations are assessments, not guarantees.
Results may vary depending on:
Hair history
Previous color or chemical treatments
Hair condition
At-home maintenance
Hard water
Failure to disclose full hair history releases the salon from responsibility for the final result.
Color Services
Color services include a 2-week adjustment window for the same agreed-upon result
Any change in tone, level, or new color direction will require an additional fee
Color correction services start at $250+ and increase based on time, length, and product usage
Fashion colors (vivid shades) require proper maintenance:
Fading due to improper care will not qualify for complimentary adjustments
Extensions
A 100- 50% deposit is required to order and customize extensions
Processing time: 2–3 weeks (longer during holidays)
All extension sales are final and non-refundable
Important:
Hair must arrive clean, product-free, and properly prepared
The salon is not responsible for:
Improper maintenance
Use of non-recommended products
Color outcomes on non-virgin or previously processed hair
Reinstallations / Touch-Ups:
Complimentary within 2 weeks (up to 15 pieces or 1 bundle), under proper care conditions
Loss or damage due to:
Medical conditions (alopecia, thyroid, medications, etc.)
Hormonal changes
Travel or climate
Improper care

Aftercare & Maintenance
Clients are responsible for maintaining their hair after leaving the salon.
The salon is not responsible for:
Styling longevity (curls, volume, etc.)
Daily maintenance (washing, detangling, moisturizing)
Results affected by environment or lifestyle
Recommended products must be used to maintain results. Failure to follow aftercare instructions voids any adjustment eligibility.
Products
All product sales are final and non-refundable
Unused liquid products may be exchanged before leaving the salon only
Hair extensions are non-exchangeable once purchased or customized
Using non-recommended products on extensions voids any quality guarantee.
Permanent Straightening Services
First session results: approx. 50–60% straight
Second session: approx. 70–80% straight
100% straightening is NOT recommended due to risk of damage.
Clients requesting maximum straightening must sign a waiver.
⚠️ Hair that has undergone permanent straightening should not be bleached or lightened. Doing so is at your own risk and requires a signed waiver.

The salon is not responsible for reactions or damage if this information is not provided.
Right to Refuse Service
The salon reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if:
Hair condition is unsuitable
Expectations are unrealistic
Client behavior is inappropriate or disruptive

To maintain a professional environment:
No extra guests or children unless being serviced
Respectful behavior is required at all times
Photos & Media
Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
Please inform your stylist before your service if you do not consent.
Taxes
All applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with Canadian law.
Requests to avoid taxes (e.g., cash deals) will not be accepted.
Discounts & Promotions
Referral discount: 10% off (one-time per referral)
Only one discount may be applied per service
Discounts cannot be combined or negotiated
Sale items are final and not eligible for additional discounts
Giveaways
Hold no cash value
Are non-transferable and non-refundable
Disputes & Communication
All concerns must be addressed directly with the salon.
Communication will be handled via phone, email, or in person
If a matter escalates to legal action, all communication will proceed through appropriate legal channels
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 2–4 weeks
Quotes are based on the agreed service only
Any additional services will result in additional charges

By booking with Bantu Bouclé, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all salon policies.
